A Human Resource Development project is implemented via the Crisis Management
Conference through participation in comprehensive disaster management drills in each
city and training.

【3】Exchange of Information via Emergency Hot Line
Information is exchanged among participating cities regarding crisis management in both
normal times as well as times of disaster through the Emergency Hot Line,
which makes use of a mailing list.
