A solid network among major cities in Asia is spreading to the world
The 11th Plenary Meeting of the Asian Network of Major Cities 21 (ANMC21) was held in Singapore.

The ANMC21 Plenary Meeting held at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore on June 30th officially welcomed Tomsk and Ulaanbaatar as new member cities. Here is a report from the meeting.

Last month, the 10th Asian Crisis Management Conference was held in Bangkok. Each participating city shared its experience and issues in managing crises, including Bangkok's presentation on how it handled flood damage, and the meeting was very effective in sharing information.
