■Outline
Waste management personnel and engineers in the field of recycling from each participating city are trained in recycling and waste treatment and disposal techniques with the aim of promoting the improvement of recycling technology and waste treatment and disposal measures. In addition to lectures on recycling and the current state of waste disposal policies in Tokyo, on-site observations are made at waste treatment facilities and disposal facilities.
