*Delhi, Kuala Lumpur, Seoul and Tokyo jointly advocated to establish the ANMC21.

: Representatives (Mayor or Governor) from member cities gathered to convene a plenary meeting once every a year.

: ANMC21 member cities implemented 12 joint projects in areas such as crisis management, environmental measures, industrial development, and human resource development, and conducted a range of related activities, including conferences and seminars, training programs, and international events.

: In accordance with the 2010 Tokyo Declaration, the ANMC21-Asia Zone was set up at trade shows and expos held in the member cities to promote economic exchange between companies and other organizations by introducing the industries and technologies of the member cities.
