■The Second Working Level Meeting

The Second Working Level Meeting of the Asian Network of Major Cities 21 (ANMC21) was held in Metropolitan Manila on August 7 and 8, 2007.
ANMC21 member cities conducted a working level review of the joint projects by examining the issues and the direction of future initiatives. At this meeting, concrete policies to bolster and invigorate the joint projects were discussed between member cities, and a draft of the final report on the joint projects review was formulated. The final report is planned to be presented at the 6th Plenary Meeting in Metropolitan Manila scheduled for November 2007. Discussions were also held on the contents of policy dialogue and special reports to be made at the 6th Plenary Meeting.
