The Second Plenary Meeting of ANMC21 was held in Delhi from November 21 to 23, 2002. At the Plenary Meeting, the representatives of the member cities reported on the progress of joint projects, submitted new joint project proposals and exchanged opinions on environmental issues. The Delhi Declaration was adopted at the end of the meeting.
Concurrently with the Plenary Meeting, the ANMC21 Exhibition was held from November 14 to 27. The exhibition included the joint projects exhibition, the city PR exhibition, and the stage performance.

It has manufactured over 3,500 aircrafts, including twelve models developed by itself.
